30-Day Refund Guarantee

We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date your order is delivered. If you're not satisfied with your first purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following terms:

To qualify for a refund:

  • You must submit your refund request within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Only first-time orders of one unit (patches or pills) are eligible. Multi-pack and bulk orders are not refundable unless defective.
  • Product must be unused or only partially used. We reserve the right to deny refunds for fully used products.
  • The original packaging must be returned (where applicable).
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Non-refundable items:

  • Subscription orders (after the first shipment)
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Orders past the 30-day window

How to Request a Refund

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photo of the product (if opened or damaged)

We'll provide clear instructions for return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll prioritize sending a replacement or issuing a refund — no hassle.
